Aloha to my fellow Martial Artist and friends,

It is with great pleasure that I invite you to attend the Universal Martial Arts Association (UMAA) Hawaii Summer Camp 2011, Hosted by the United Goju-kan Karate-Do Hawaii.
This year’s event will be held in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii June 29 - July 10, 2011.
This Summer Camp - Gasshuku will be held at the “Ala Moana Hotel”, Kona Tower, which is just outside to Waikiki. And across the street to our famous “Ala Moana Beach Park” also next to one of the world’s largest shopping malls the “Ala Moana Shopping Center”. With restaurants, karaoke, nightclubs & shopping all within walking distance.

This year’s event provides a wonderful opportunity to visit the beautiful island of Oahu to train, spend time with friends and family and enjoy the holiday of the 4th of July festivities. All while soaking up the sunny Hawaiian weather and relaxing on the beach. The purpose of this gathering is to also bring martial artists from all over the world together “UNITED” as one to learn and share from one another, while building strong bonds between new found friendships and revitalizing friendships from before. Exchanges of training ideas will be just a bonus.

The Hawaii Summer Camp will host instructors from various styles & countries. Seifuku Nitta Hanshi from Okinawa will be one of them. Participants also included are from Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the US Mainland as well as Hawaii.
